SSMU Trade Union at the forum in Nizhny Novgorod

Yan Luchnikov, First Deputy Chairman of the SSMU Students' Training Program, became a participant in the All-Russian Forum of Young State and Municipal Employees "GosStart" of the Rosmolodezh platform.Forum.
More than a thousand young professionals from all over the country gathered for the event in Nizhny Novgorod. Among them are representatives of federal and regional authorities, municipal structures, members of youth governments, students and activists of the Firsts Movement. This is a unique opportunity to share experiences, establish professional relationships and find new solutions to current problems.
During three eventful days, the participants were offered a rich educational program, including master classes, discussions and round tables. The focus was on best practices in the public sector, the development of innovative initiatives and the discussion of prospects for their implementation at the regional and national levels.
It is especially important that all ideas and proposals will serve as the basis for the formation of specific solutions, from improving the effectiveness of the adaptation system for young professionals to creating new mechanisms for attracting personnel to Saratov Medical University.
