Saratov Medical University launches innovative digital service "R.Telemed"
4 December 2025
Modern high-tech medicine of the future is already in the Clinical Center of the Razumovsky State Medical University.
Thanks to the application ""R.Telemed"" patients will receive a modern and convenient digital consultation service and a controlled treatment process. The functionality of the digital service includes an appointment at a clinic, remote monitoring of the patient's health, video consultations "doctor-patient", and an electronic medical record.
The advantage of the service is not only its focus on the convenience of patients, but also doctors. For medical personnel, the service will provide an option for online consultations, doctor-to-doctor consultations, and centralized collection and exchange of medical information. In addition, the automated workplace will feature a convenient interactive schedule and appointment appointments, an option for issuing recommendations and prescriptions, as well as an electronic digital signature.
It is worth noting that the patient's electronic medical record (IEMC) has been developed in accordance with HL7 standards, which allows for rapid analysis of patient data, up-to-date statistics and personalized reports. The electronic health diary is an advanced repository of medical data. It will present visual indicators and dynamics of the patient's health status, including weight, height, blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen saturation, respiration, activity, and more.
Thus, the integration of the R.Telemed application into practical healthcare will create automated workplaces, real-time remote biomonitoring, and optimize the treatment process. The digital service will be available from the beginning of next year from mobile and desktop devices.
